- Pay online by clicking on the "Membership Dues" tab on the lower left-side of this screen, add the membership to your shopping cart, and follow the check-out instructions.
2. Click on the "Membership Application" tab on the lower left-
side of this screen. Fill out the application, save it, then
email it as an attachment by clicking on this link:

By Mail:
Click on the "Membership Application" tab, fill out the application, and mail it along with a $20 check to the address listed on the application.
